Q: How much does it cost to use TimelyTemps?
A: TimelyTemps is free for both dental professionals and dental practices. A small fee of $50 is charged to the dental practice once the job is completed to cover our administrative costs.

Q: How do I get paid for the jobs I take?
A: After the job is completed, the dental practice will pay you directly. You keep 100% of your earnings.

Q: What information do I need to create an account?
A: You will need a valid license. Our team verifies eligibility and either will accept or decline the application.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Simply download the app and register with your information. Once your application approves and your license information is verified, you can start posting and looking for jobs immediately!

Q: What should I do if I have a problem with a dental practice?
A: If you have any issues or concerns with a dental practice, please contact us immediately. We take all complaints seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q: What happens if I have to cancel a job that I have already accepted?

A: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a job. If you need to cancel a job, please let the dental practice know as soon as possible. It is important to communicate with the practice and work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
